Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
· Education: Must possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent
· Experience: Relevant working experience as a Sales/ Marketing/ Telemarketing Executive and Customer Service or equivalent
· Skills: Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills
· Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (70% of existing clients communicate in Mandarin)
· Must-Have Own Laptop & Transport

Responsibilities
-Use cold calling, online meetings, online video meeting presentations, and other networking techniques to locate and contact potential clients to offer products and services
-Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance
-Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives and persuade them to purchase company products and services
-Use data and sales presentations to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals
-Maintaining good after-sales relationships, keeping records of client appointments, completing sales, and ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services
